This policy covers information provided to Drive Network, a DBA of Create 24-7 LLC, through our website, campaign services, client communications, and SMS program.

Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, dealership or business, email address, mobile number, campaign information, and uploaded creative assets. When you request SMS updates, we record your consent choice, the submitted disclosure version, and the submission record. Website hosting services may process basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, prepare campaigns, coordinate production and proof review, maintain service records, and send the campaign communications you request. SMS enrollment covers campaign service updates; it does not enroll you in unrelated sales promotions.

Service access and data sharing

Authorized staff and vendors supporting hosting, request handling, and message delivery may process information needed to provide those services. Campaign materials may be supplied to the media or service providers authorized for your campaign. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Your SMS choices

Text enrollment is optional and separate from email follow-up. You may use our services without subscribing. Reply STOP to end SMS messages, or contact us by email to withdraw consent. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency depends on campaign activity, and message and data rates may apply.

Retention and protection

We retain service and consent records as needed to fulfill requests, manage communications preferences, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

To ask about your information, request corrections or deletion, or change communication preferences, email admin@godrivenetwork.com. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and retain records where required.

Policy changes

We will post updates here with a revised effective date. A material change in SMS purpose requires appropriate consent before those messages are sent.
